Technical Expertise: Proficiency in designing and operating observability platforms with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, or Datadog. Experience with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing in microservices architectures. Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (e.g., EKS), ArgoCD, and Crossplane. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages for building automation and custom telemetry solutions. Assists providing direction to the site process team including PE's, Process Technicians, and mold setters. Responsible for injection molding related continuous improvement including but not limited too - cycle times, scrap, quality, and material cost reduction. Develops plans for injection molding process improvement and will have specific areas of accountability in its execution. Provides support on new product launch tooling, providing the manufacturing input for development of new process and improvements to existing processes and tooling. Follows established action plans for processes out of range. Work with Tooling Manager for all tool repairs and maintenance. Maintains documentation closely following necessary timeliness on specific projects. Enforce safety rules daily and actively intervene to correct recognized unsafe actions and conditions.
