In the Sr. Technical Program Manager, Remote Repairs and Processes role, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing remote service activities within the Industrial Storage fleet. * Drive high-impact goals in remote repairs, improving overall efficiency of remote support workflows while supporting high growth rates of operating fleet
* Improve key performance metrics through process optimization, elimination of redundancies, or identification of new opportunities for remote repairs
* Clean and manage the backlog of invalid open activities, evaluating their relevance and processing them to maintain operational efficiency
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on process optimization and remote service activities in energy or technical environments

Expected Compensation
$112,000 - $253,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The Role

Compensation

Job Description
