Job Summary
Responsible for delivering the highest level of claims service to commercial and personal lines accounts. This includes providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to agency clients. Work independently and collaboratively with clients, producers, and company representatives to report and resolve claim and coverage issues. Responsibilities and Duties
Receive claims information; complete loss notices; report to proper company.
Receive, review, and submit lawsuits to proper company, monitor receipt of documents by company.
Monitor the file and reserves as needed until closure of the claim.
Research coverage and assist clients, producers, CSRs, attorneys, and others with various issues.
Discuss and assist insured and providers with W/C coverage, forms, and guidelines to meet state requirements.
Implement and manage the agency catastrophe team in the event of a disaster.
Maintain claims directory
Submit end of month, quarter, and year report to agency President
Support and promote E&O awareness. Report potential E&O losses to agency President.
Conduct training sessions and communicate changes specific to claims as needed to agency staff.
Maintains knowledge of industry state & federal rules as well as regulations and carrier underwriting requirements
Any other duties requested by management to assist agency in achieving organizational goals.
Job Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Higher level education preferred
Property & casualty license & or adjusters license with minimum 2-4 years experience in claims handling

Job Summary

Conduct suspicious activity investigations and submit SARs to the committee for approval, file and save supporting documentation.

Job Summary
The Loan Processor will primarily handle real estate loans, prepare disclosures and loan documents, and coordinate loan closing. We are a fast-paced department and must be able to monitor all activity in Salesforce and answer phone calls and emails quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties
Review credit applications and credit reports for accuracy and compliance concerning bank regulations.
Prepare early disclosures that Federal regulators require.
Responsible for ordering title searches, appraisals/evaluations, and surveys from third-party vendors.
Prepare documentation for all new Real Estate loans, including modifications and extensions, utilizing the Bank's internal software (FLO) and the Bank's Attorneys.
Record loans on the Bank's system and prepare general ledger tickets for funding.
Review credit approval packages for accuracy to ensure compliance with Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Communicate any deficiencies or exceptions to Production Officers and/or Lending Assistants and assist with the corrections.
Primary contact for loan documentation-related questions for all internal personnel.
Verify all insurance coverage before closings.
Coordinate closings with Title Company.
Provide pay-off statements as needed.
Responsible for requesting the release of liens from Bank Attorneys as needed.
Image and track customers' financial information.
Preparation of HMDA packages when required.
Stay abreast of changes in Bank procedures and policies and bank regulations.
Job Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of Real Estate loan processing experience is preferred.
Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Precise attention to detail.
Ability to handle heavy volumes of work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficient multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
This job requires skills in a typical office environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime.
This is an onsite position.

Job Description:
The Private Wealth Strategist, part of Merrill's Strategic Wealth Advisory Group, works with UHNW individuals and families to provide objective insights aimed at aligning financial and estate strategies with their goals. This is a highly visible position within Merrill Private Wealth Management (PWM) that works closely with Merrill advisors and PWM management in the assigned territories. The role partners with Merrill Advisors in client solicitation efforts and generating wealth transfer strategies for our UHNW clients and prospects. Develop recommendations and assist Advisors to implement customized planning strategies for UHNW families. Focus may be on transfer of inter-generational wealth, estate planning, diversification of a concentrated position, philanthropy, private planning business succession, risk management and retirement planning. May also author whitepapers, articles and other material on topics impacting the UHNW client segment, or provide service to clients. Assist with the retention of UHNW relationships.
Core responsibilities
Develop wealth transfer strategies for ultra-high net worth (UHNW) individuals and families (net worth $50 million or more) to enhance client relationships and acquire new clients (This role does not have any specific client acquisition goals).
Design, create and effectively deliver presentation pieces for client meetings and national events
Partner with Advisors or Relationship Managers in client solicitation efforts and generating wealth management strategies for our UHNW clients and prospects.

As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor - from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client's complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care. Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress onto the next stage of ADP as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA). In that role you will transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office and continue to practice the skills you've learned in ADP by beginning to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing key operational tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance within the bank s systems. Primary duties include contacting insurance providers, tracking and resolving exceptions, and maintaining data integrity in the collateral module and Customer Information File (CIF) within the core banking system. The role also supports property tax tracking and performs additional assignments as needed to assist with departmental objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
Exception Tracking:
Monitor and update exception logs for insurance.
Track exceptions in the bank s loan software; ensure timely resolution and reporting to management.
Prepare monthly and quarterly exception reports for Compliance and Audit Committees.
Collateral Record Maintenance:
Review and clean up collateral records in the bank s core system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Validate lien positions and insurance coverage for all secured loans.
Correct stale or outdated entries and reconcile discrepancies with loan documentation.
Compliance & Audit Support:
Ensure adherence to exception tracking guidelines for consumer, commercial, and SBA loans.
Assist with internal audits by providing documentation and responding to findings.
Maintain records for flood insurance, hazard insurance, and other required coverages.
System & Process Management:
Utilize the bank s core system and software for data entry, except tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with the Loan Operations team to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
