Bruce Wiles is a Managing Partner at Brookfield and Managing Director of Thayer Lodging, Brookfield’s hotel segment. Mr. Wiles also is Thayer’s President and Chief Operating Officer. His duties include the management of the company’s various operating teams, including development, asset management and finance. Mr. Wiles joined Thayer in 2007 from Alcor, a hotel investment subsidiary of Blackstone Real Estate, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate expertise, he previously held senior positions at MeriStar/Interstate and American General Hospitality Corporation. Mr. Wiles graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University. He was licensed as a CPA in Hawaii and Maryland.
