You must agree with everything your told. Many time you supervisor makes promises and never ever followed through on any of them. Promised raises many times never appear. The yearly review race is the only one if you’re told you will get. Many times people promoted 6 to 9 months later still have not received their promised raise.
Time off vacation time.
The owner is very respectful and treat everybody with dignity. The CEO on the other hand has said many times he is not loyal to any employee they can come and they can go.
They higher managers but do not allow the managers to make suggestions
