People want to do well and will collaborate. Flexible schedule.

Cons of working at The Cooper Companies

Training is nearly non-existent. No clear direction from management. Employees are blindsided by issues that aren't mentioned until the performance review. Employee morale low. Just got worse over the years, not better.
