Overview:

Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of Dewberry's experience, staff, and client relationships applicable to the dams practice
Work with national, regional, and local market and operations leadership to develop and execute a growth strategy for Dewberry's national dams practice.
Leverages existing local, regional, and national client and partner relationships to strategically expand and grow our dam portfolio.
Helps teams mine work through existing client connections and contracts.
Applies a thorough knowledge and expertise of current principles and practices of dam engineering acquired through progressive experience to resolve crucial issues and/or project challenges.
Keeps informed of new methods and developments affecting the dams and water resources business and recommends new practices or changes to internal programs.
Recommends and assists in recruiting of key staff to support growth of the dams practice consistent with the growth strategy.
Mentors staff in both client relationship development and project delivery.
Supports client identification, positioning, proposal preparation, and delivery of dam and water resources projects aligned with the growth strategy.
Develops statement of qualifications, detailed proposals, project execution plans, and contracts to include project understanding, scope of work, project approaches, pricing, schedule, terms and conditions, and performs contract negotiations.
Ensures quality of own work and the work of others, while maintaining budget and schedule.
Reviews operational procedures to ensure compliance with applicable company policies and performance measures.
Increases Dewberry's visibility in the public sector dams and water resources businesses through active participation in national, state and local professional and community organizations.
Participates in personnel decisions and manages personnel in alignment with the national growth strategy.
Works in team environment to leverage assets of the business units, regional, and national resources to position, win and deliver work aligned with the overall growth strategy.
Required Skills & Required Experience
B.S. Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering; Master's Degree in Engineering is a plus.
Professional Engineering license.
Minimum of 20 years of consulting experience, with increasing levels of project and client responsibly for dam engineering projects.
A minimum of 10 years of project and client management experience.
A strong background and engineering skillset related to geotechnical or structural engineering focused on dam design and rehabilitation
Successful track record of building client relationships in the dams market, with a reputation for being highly responsive and delivering quality work.
A successful track record of managing project scope, schedule and budget along with project teams.
Proven experience in the planning, design and construction of dam infrastructure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong client management and business development skills.

Position Summary
MSI requires an Evaluation and Research lead to produce a series of demand-led Congressional and Executive Order reports on forced labor, child labor, and related labor-policy issues. To ensure methodological rigor and credible findings, the Evaluation and Research Lead will help design, oversee, and execute all substantive research and evaluation activities under Contract 1605C2-25-N-0000. The Evaluation and Research Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the technical approach for all research and evaluation tasks. • Train and mentor junior researchers, data collectors, and subcontractors in mixed-methods research techniques, ethics, and data-analysis software

Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in evaluation, statistics, economics, sociology, international development, or related field
• At least 10 years of professional experience designing and leading mixed-methods evaluations, including 5 years on forced-child labor or human-rights research
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analysis (survey design, sampling, statistical modeling) and qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, thematic coding)
• Familiarity with supply-chain mapping and trade-related dataset analysis
• Strong track record working ethically with vulnerable populations and survivors of exploitation

Job Description
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead for Microgrid and Battery Energy Storage to join our growing Energy Team.
This position is HYBRID.
This position will provide technical oversight and also perform technical tasks for planning, feasibility, design and construction projects on a variety of projects focusing on Microgrid, BESS and renewable energy projects. The successful candidate should be a dynamic, self-directed individual with an excellent understanding of developing, designing and implementing microgrid solutions for a wide variety of end-uses.
The responsibilities of this role also include, but may not be limited to, the following:
* Interface regularly with the clients to identify project needs, communicate engineering solutions, and strengthen client relationships.
* Working with interdisciplinary technical leads in coordinated successful execution of projects
* Coordinating internal resources and third parties/subcontractors for the technical execution of scope
* Develop cost estimates to determine ROI
* Write technical reports to communicate findings to clients and stakeholders
* Develop detailed microgrid solutions utilizing industry recognized software (e.g. Homer Grid)
* Review or originate solar engineering design packages
* Review or originate energy production modeling
* Developing and maintaining good client relationships across the portfolio
* Lead and support development of technical proposals.
* Training others to learn project management skills
* Occasional travel within the United States will be required
* Assist recruit and build a team of professionals to support the growth strategy

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or closely related engineering field and 8 years of relative experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
* Relevant experience in energy services or related industry with:
* Microgrid design and architecture as well as knowledge of energy storage systems
* Knowledge of advancements in microgrid controls as well as up to date on regulatory and legislative aspects of microgrid deployment
* Knowledge of renewable technologies and all components of microgrids and energy storage.
* Single line diagrams
* Experience utilizing software related to microgrid and renewables (e.g. Homer PRO, Helioscope)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of microgrid and battery regulations in large population centers such as California and New York
* Experience in CAISO processes
* PE license in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Proven experience leading complex technical projects in multiple locations
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, creative problem-solving, collaboration and leadership skills
* Experience and recognition as a technical expert in their field
* Proven ability to effectively communicate expectations and requirements with both clients and team members
* An ability to apply acquired expertise and knowledge to solve business challenges and provide coaching to peers and team members
* A track record of leveraging relationships to expand work with existing clients, identify new clients and recruit and retain in-house staff
* Strongly skilled with AutoCAD
* Expert usage of Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel

Countries of focus will be Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. The findings will inform policy reforms and regional dialogue on data protection, cross-border data flows, cloud regulation, and institutional oversight.
Position Summary
Tetra Tech is seeking a Team Lead, who will be responsible for leading the methodological design and implementation of the assessment, manage a team of legal and digital experts, and produce deliverables in alignment with the World Bank's objectives and Tetra Tech quality standards. This role involves coordination with World Bank staff, national governments and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the national-level legal, regulatory, and institutional analyses for the three target countries, building on existing analyses and focusing on alignment of primary legislation and secondary regulations with national policy objectives and strategic plans.
* Lead and coordinate the production of case studies of comparative international and regional best practices.
* Lead and coordinate the preparation of a regional synthesis report that compares the legal and regulatory frameworks of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, highlighting key divergences, shared challenges, and areas for potential harmonization or coordinated reform.
