Bayview CICU Coronary Care Unit Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), a 12-bed unit, you will be privileged to provide care to overflow patients from Medical ICU, RRT distress, and other CC diagnoses. every other weekend, and holidays per unit need Rotating contract available Facilitating and coordinates of programs that may include hospital inpatients, outpatients, families, community, and employees of both the hospital and the university by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Providing direction to/management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care. Working collaboratively with, and providing leadership for, a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that support quality, safety, and excellence in care. Participating in promoting and identifying quality improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) that supports, protects and promotes area of specialty. Fostering a clinical environment of service excellence. Must have current: * Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state * Current BLS and ACLS certifications * EPIC experience * 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience in a level II trauma center $65/hr Johns Hopkins Health System and its affiliates are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
