Supports all aspects of branch, including individual and team, performance. Builds a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members. Manages, coaches and executes a proactive client experience within an omni channel environment. Provides solutions and advice to improve client financial well-being. Leads effective problem resolution.
Manages the branded sales process to proactively achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grows branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households.
Drives the employee experience. Responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through the coaching and development of employees. Coaches employees to achieve performance and activity expectations. Assists in the performance management process for all employees.
Manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk through adherence to established policies and procedures. Exercises sound decision making to identify and mitigate potential risk.
Selling at non-PNC locations requires: Access to a reliable vehicle transportation for travel to multiple work locations on a daily basis; and the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds (inclusive of, but not limited to, marketing materials, collateral and/or other promotional items as required).

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
* Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment

* Thorough product/service knowledge and thorough knowledge of regulatory, policy and compliance issues
* Solid understanding of retail product philosophy, including policies, procedures, documentation, and systems
* Thorough knowledge of teller and platform functions, including but not limited to processing transactions, balancing cash, opening accounts, and sales techniques
* Effective analytical skills to evaluate credit requests, prepare budgets and determine trends in a given marketplace
* Effective interpersonal communication, leadership, relationship management, time management, sales activities management, and sales ability skills
* Ability to evaluate and resolve problems and issues with minimal guidance
* Demonstrated success in retail sales environment
* Working knowledge of employment practices including rewards and recognition, employee development, and change management
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $70,890.00 - $83,400.00
