Where you see change and challenges in chemical distribution field, I see opportunity. I am the founder of Apex Distribution Consulting, LLC, which provides market trend insights and go-to-market strategies to suppliers and distributors. I draw from over 30 years of experience in the field where I developed commercial strategies for growth, and developed new business models that set the bar for industry innovation. I led field operations in the development of critical hubs across the country that resulted in decreased costs and increased service levels. When this proved successful, I launched this industry approach in Europe, China, Mexico, and Brazil. Innovation fuels industry leadership. I led the launch of a game-changing technology-enabled marketing and sales organization with a focus on fine and specialty chemicals. Under my leadership, sales grew from a startup to over $350M. I’m committed to transparent communication for building trust with suppliers, customers, and decision makers. I rely on targeting aggressive growth and building new capabilities in leaders and teams to enable them to capitalize on market trends and supply chain advancements to serve customers. To realize the opportunities in chemical distribution and to support its progress, I am investing in the future of the industry as a board member of the Chemical Education Foundation and as an Affiliate member of the National Association for Chemical Distributors.Specialties: Global Trend Analysis | Go-To-Market Strategies | Mergers & Acquisitions | Business Model Innovation | Supply Chain | P & L Management | Organizational Change | Leadership Development
