Essential Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs) down to the component level. Replace both surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components as needed. Set up and operate various test equipment, including automatic/manual, in-circuit, functional, and bench testing systems. Identify and track PCB failure trends, and collaborate with Test and Manufacturing Engineering teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Support the transition of new products into production in coordination with engineering teams. Provide training to operators on test procedures and troubleshooting techniques to minimize PCB rejections. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Required Education and Experience Strong ability to interpret PCB schematics, assembly drawings, test procedures, and work instructions. Proficient in electronic circuit troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools. Demonstrated expertise in SMT rework and repair to IPC standards.
