Overall, the company is a great place to work. Peers were friendly and supportive. Salary was comparable and fair.

Very clicky. There is a hierarchy of "important people who make sick money". Management is horrendous. Need an overhaul to stop the revolving door. In the 3 years my manager has been employed at RMR, there have been at least 3 assistants under their supervision.

All the coffee you want. Fridays off at 2:00PM in the summer. Every day is casual Friday.

I like that I fit in here at the workplace. I know my place and help is there when I need it.

We have one co-worker that doesn't really understand the ethics of the workplace and it bothers me.
