Gregg Ribatt is a Chief Executive Officer at The Rockport Group and is based in Greater Boston Area. He has worked as President & CEO at Stuart Weitzman Holdings LLC; Executive Vice President & COO at Bennett Footwear; and Pres & CEO:Lifestyle Group at COLLECTIVE BRANDS, INC.. Gregg studied at University of Chicago between 1993 and 1994 and WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY between 1986 and 1990.

Mike Smith is a hands on, bottom line driven Finance Executive with proven success in turnarounds, high growth ventures, acquisitions, and private equity backed entrepreneurial businesses. He has a broad-based background in both public and privately held companies with expert qualifications across all corporate finance, accounting, treasury and operating functions. Since leaving public accounting, he has spent the majority of his career leading the finance departments of various consumer products companies with both wholesale and retail operations. He has strong strategic, general management, technical, human resource, team building, problem solving and deal making skills.Currently, he is the DSVP of Finance for Wolverine Worldwide Performance + Lifestyle Group, a $1.1 billion wholesaler and retailer of iconic footwear brands Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Stride Rite and Keds. Wolverine acquired the business from Collective Brands, Inc. in October of 2012 where Mike led the PLG finance team through a parent company sponsored strategic review culminating in the $1.3 billion deal. Previously, Mike was CFO of Wheelhouse Solutions a private equity backed experiential marketing services company that produces tradeshows and special events across North America. He also held the CFO position at Bennett Footwear Group LLC during a seven year period where a small executive team turned the business around, raised private equity capital, acquired the Via Spiga and Etienne Aigner businesses, and sold the business to a large public company.Mike is a CPA that graduated from Babson College with highest honors. He is active with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society where he currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees for the Massachusetts ChapterSpecialtiesMergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, raising capital and debt, financial planning and reporting, change management, talent acquisition and team building.
