What You'll Be Doing:
A Key AccountsManager is the single point of contact (SPOC) for large, multi-location, complex Arrow customers. Serving as a Global or National AccountsManager, this position creates selling opportunities within specified strategic customer accounts by creating strategic relationships with top management. Responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
AccountManagement: Creates selling opportunities within assigned critical, large, multi-location, complex, and high visibility Arrow customers through a very strategic sales plan and process. Has a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and the customer's decision making hierarchy in order to proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads a strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. Executes on solutions selling through an advanced knowledge of Arrow's supply chain solutions and design processes. Grows profit and maximizes margins by selling value-added, long-term solutions. Coordinates the involvement of Arrow personnel; including sales support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account objectives and customers' expectations. Typically manages a territory of accounts up to $125 million.
Quotations and Contract Negotiations: Plan, manage and oversee all the RFQ's signed off within their assigned customers. Ensure that all RFQ activities and strategies are well established, communicated, addressed, and agreed upon within Arrow guidelines, policies, and procedures. Directly participates in the review and negotiation of significant contracts. Assist in reviewing customer requests to ensure amendments to the terms and conditions in contracts are carried out. Ensure that all Arrow departments and customer departments have the necessary information to ensure a seamless contract renewal/negotiation process. Has an in-depth, comprehensive understanding of Arrow's market share in each assigned account, the top competitor's market share in those accounts and can identify the type of business each competitor is supporting and why. Consistently maintains a dominant market share position at each assigned account. Takes an innovative and creative approach to supplier and customer action plans and has expert understanding of the customer's business at all levels and disciplines of the organization.
Relationships: Develop and build influential and strategic relationships at the manager decision making level, with goal of building relationships at the senior management and C-level/executive level. Utilize distribution/rep/supplier knowledge to grow sales and profits within assigned customers. Interface with suppliers to update them on demand creation progress through meetings or reviews. Build strong relationships with suppliers' reps and managers, leveraging these relationships to receive future product development and supply chain solution information. Develop relationships with key personnel in marketing, product development, manufacturing, purchasing and engineering at accounts. Utilize Arrow's key management with key customers and suppliers.

Overview

Key Responsibilities
Pursue 12-20 major accounts. Accounts are both new logos and existing accounts focused on hunting activities
Act as the account lead on assigned accounts, setting the sales strategy, and taking overall responsibility for developing and nurturing the client relationship
Drive growth through hunting new opportunities
Build and manage client relationships. Manage the shaping and closure of opportunities on assigned accounts, leveraging Cognizant specialists to support as necessary

Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' experience selling consulting services CPG industries.
Minimum 8 years' experience working for a Global Consulting Firm, Onshore/Offshore sales with minimum of $14M annual quota. (This may vary depending on the maturity of the Vertical that the AE is selling)
Minimum 5 years' experience selling similar Service Offerings - Applications Development & Maintenance, Business Process Outsourcing, and Information Technology Outsourcing
Demonstrated success selling deals in the $5 to $50M range
Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model
Bachelor's degree

Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration degree required

The Established Accounts Client Manager's primary responsibilities include account planning, managing a group of customer accounts, and selling additional business to existing customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO We're excited to offer a high-impact opportunity on Viant's Programmatic/Self-Serve DSP team for a Programmatic Account Strategist based in our Los Angeles office. In this client-facing role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our self-service customers-empowering them to get the most out of our self-serve DSP platform. Your focus will be on driving platform adoption, educating clients on features and best practices, optimizing campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, loves educating others, and brings strong product knowledge with an operational mindset. You should be comfortable owning workflows, speaking confidently in front of clients, and serving as a subject matter expert on our DSP's capabilities and innovations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams to deliver measurable success and foster long-term client relationships.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
* Build Strong Client Partnerships: Form close relationships with customers, serving as their trusted advisor and facilitator for programmatic media buying through the Viant DSP.
* Platform Expertise: Become an expert in the Viant Cloud and Viant DSP platforms, leveraging your knowledge to educate and empower customers at every stage of their journey.
* Campaign Oversight & Optimization: Proactively manage client campaign portfolios-overseeing performance and pacing, surfacing key insights, and ensuring best-in-class execution aligned with client goals.
* Client Enablement: Lead campaign launches and deliver ongoing training to help customers build trading expertise and gain independence within the platform.
* Strategic Recommendations: Offer data-driven recommendations to improve campaign delivery and results. Persistently troubleshoot issues and escalate technical challenges when needed.
* Industry & Product Insight Sharing: Act as a thought leader by sharing relevant Viant and industry updates, as well as identifying strategic opportunities in media buying and data activation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share client feedback and learnings with internal stakeholders to improve platform offerings and client experience.
* Growth & Retention: Support and grow existing client relationships by driving satisfaction, increasing platform adoption, and contributing to revenue and profit growth.
* Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to enhance team-wide efficiency and scalability. Champion process improvements and automation initiatives that drive operational success.
GREAT TO HAVE
* 2-3 years of experience in a Programmatic, AccountManagement, Account Strategist, Technical Services, Operations role
* Solid understanding of programmatic, ad tech, self-serve DSP's, SSP's, PMP's
* Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrable passion for learning new technologies
* Outstanding communication, project management, and presentation skills
* Excellent organizational skills; process-oriented, yet entrepreneurial and versatile mindset
* Great energy, confidence, and passion for working in a fast-growing technology company which is helping transform the advertising industry
* Experience in Internet technologies such as HTML, SQL, JavaScript a plus
* BS/BA or equivalent; quantitatively-oriented degree a plus
