Responsibilities
Distribute lunches at designated sites or from the Corps Community Center as needed. Maintain accurate logs of meals distributed at designated sites. Maintain an active inventory of SFSP supplies. Keep accurate logs of all food used in the daily preparation of meals according to USDA guidelines Keep food preparation, storage, and food service areas clean; including but not limited to mopping floors, taking out garbage, doing dishes, etc. Follow proper food safety guidelines at all times. Package meals for distribution each day at the designated times for punctual distribution Transport meals to and from assigned site each day. Maintain site cleanliness; including but not limited to trash and food debris cleanup. Unload trucks upon delivery, help put products away and organize all stock. Any other tasks as designated by the Corps Officers that would be beneficial to the continued development of the Middletown Citadel Corps

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Support Services Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining a secure and affirming environment for clients to meet their service needs and goals. The Support Services Specialist will work overnight to manage reception, mail as well as provide support for the day-to-day operations of the Ali's Place, and the Overnight Support Services team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet, assist, and direct clients and visitors promptly and appropriately.

Respond to complaints and de-escalate clients and visitors as needed.

A Family Enrichment Center (FEC) is a family-centered, place-based primary prevention approach, where all members of the community have access to and may benefit from both structured or spontaneous activities and events (called “offerings”) that strengthen family protective factors to increase child and family well‑being and promote stability. FEC offerings are available to everyone, regardless of current or past child welfare involvement.
The goal of the Family Enrichment Center (FEC) is to enhance child and family well‑being by providing access and support to enable the strengthening of family protective factors inherent in its residents and community by building mutual community connections, capacity, and resilience.
In partnership with FEC staff, families will drive the planning, development, and sustainable co‑ownership of the centers. Families who participate in the FEC programming will be encouraged to share their expertise by volunteering at the center and given meaningful opportunities to engage with neighbors and peers. The goal of the FEC is to strengthen families' protective factors and build community connections, capacity, and resilience.
Position Summary
The Family Advocate is responsible for contributing to the day‑to‑day operation of the FEC including building connections with other staff, residents, and community partners; co‑designing and delivering relevant programming and activities (offerings); providing advocacy and making referrals for participants; and creating a warm and inviting gathering place for families and individuals using the protective factors model to support community resilience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, provide support, and collaborate with a team of local parents, subject experts, and other residents to deliver monthly events and activities (offerings) held at the FEC.
Foster a culture of respect built on the belief that families and communities possess the inherent strengths and knowledge needed to succeed given the right access to opportunities and support.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and three (3) years of professional experience; or a high school diploma and five (5) years of professional experience in community-driven programs working directly with children, youth, and families.
Reside in or near the FEC community, or reside close enough to arrive promptly, in the event of an emergency.
Bi‑Lingual either /Mandarin &/or Cantonese is required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to warmly connect with and engage children, youth, and adults individually and in groups.

The Simulation Specialist role will be responsible for assisting the lead Simulation Manager in facilitating and managing both our middle school learning programs JA BizTown and JA Finance Park for 6th and 7th grade students. How You Make an Impact:
Provide outreach and engagement to homeless adults to locate referred individuals. Locations include but are not limited to encampments, parks, shelters, treatment facilities, jail, court, etc.
Help re-engage participants enrolled in the program who have lost contact with the team.
Assist in interviewing and completing initial intakes with clients, gathering, and assembling related information, and maintaining appropriate records and files. Maintain thorough and concise case notes.
Assist in linking participants with community treatment services for mental health, substance recovery, physical health care, financial assistance, educational and employment services, housing, advocacy, socialization activities, and other services.
Assist participants with establishing goals and strategies for increasing self-sufficiency. Assist participants with accessing public benefits (i.e., General Assistance, Food Stamps, and SSI).
Support participants as they navigate the criminal justice and court systems. Advocate for participants by interacting with judges, court mental health staff, public defenders, etc.
Help participants develop a Wellness Recovery Action Plan.
Provide support, role modeling, and coaching to participants in the program.
Attend clinical, administrative, and case conferencing meetings as dictated by the program supervisor.
Enter all data on time and correctly to support program evaluation and outcomes tracking.
Ensure proper and timely documentation of services including written case notes using the BIRP formats and billing services to Medi-Cal.
Assist the Program Manager, Clinical Supervisor, and other staff as needed.

How You Meet Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Personal life experiences with recovery from addiction, homelessness, and/or mental health recovery required.
Six months of field experience working with people experiencing homelessness.
Use of personal vehicle and proof of a valid and current California Driver's License and current insurance along with a clean DMV record required.

Peer Support services are peer-delivered services with a rehabilitation and recovery focus. They are designed to promote skills for coping with and managing behavioral health symptoms while facilitating the utilization of natural resources and the enhancement of recovery-oriented principles (e.g. hope and self-efficacy, and community living skills). Peer support uses trauma-informed, non-clinical assistance to achieve long-term recovery from a behavioral health disorder.
Activities included must be intended to achieve the identified goals or objectives as set forth in the individuals/families individualized service plan, which delineates specific goals that are flexibly tailored to the participant(s) and attempt to utilize community and natural supports. The intent of these activities is to assist individuals and/or their families in initiating recovery, maintaining recovery, and enhancing the quality of personal and family life in long-term recovery.
Essential Functions (Job Duties)
There are 6 categories of peer-support components. Any of the below services can be provided either individually or combined as the care/service plan indicates their need. They include:
Advocacy:
Assistance seeking and obtaining benefits and entitlements, food, shelter, permanent housing.
Assisting recipients in participating in shared decision making.
Use Peer Bridgers to assist with linkages to and systems navigation within behavioral health and allied human services systems to access appropriate care.
Benefits advisement and planning.
Development of psychiatric advance directives (PAD).
Assistance advocating for self-directed services.
Outreach and Engagement:
Companionship and modeling of recovery lifestyle, including participation in recovery activities that might be beyond the scope of treatment providers (e.g., coffee/tea at a coffee shop, attending a court date, attending an appointment, attending or participating in a recovery celebration event or wellness activity).

Overview
Greater St. Louis Area Scouting has been helping young people become leaders since 1911. We run summer camps, outdoor programs, and training courses to teach important skills and values to nearly 30,000 kids each year. As a Print Production and Design SupportSpecialist, you'll work with our Print Shop Supervisor to support daily operations of the print shop, including preparing and producing printed materials, providing basic design support, maintaining equipment and supplies, and assisting with mail processing and shipping. What You'll Do Print Production
Operate printers and finishing equipment (cutting, folding, binding, etc.).
Prepare print jobs according to instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Load paper stock, collate, and assemble print projects.
Perform routine maintenance and monitor service needs for equipment.
Maintain inventory of print and office supplies.
Design Support
Make basic edits to print projects submitted to the print shop.
Prepare files for print by converting formats, adjusting layout, or resizing as needed.

SUMMARY
The Support Services Specialist position's primary responsibility is to monitor and report on the company's inventory. This position devises ways to optimize inventory control, adequate product stock, and anticipate future needs. Also, serving clients enrolled in the Support Services Veterans & Family Program (SSVF). The position is responsible for processing approved support service requests and issuing corporate checks through an accounting software program. Position is responsible for learning grant & expense codes, learning the SSVF eligibility criteria, and any and all limitations of each category of support service available. Position is responsible for compiling support service requests with other applicable documentation and maintaining all files and documents for auditing purposes. Position is responsible for providing checks to case managers for client support (funds for client transportation, clothing, rental services, bus tickets, etc.). Position is responsible for assisting with data entry into the HMIS/MIS systems as well as being part of a receptionist pool to perform such duties as necessary. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary for corporate objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and submit support service requests as needed.
This position is the point of contact for approximately 15 Case Managers that will submit support service needs for their clients. Support Services will be issued at least once a day if not twice.
There will be times that support services will be of an urgent matter which will require processing requests immediately. In this capacity this position must be able to communicate effectively with Case Managers, Directors, and when necessary, with outside agencies or vendors. Follow up with Case Managers on original receipts will be an ongoing task.
Work cooperatively and effectively with all staff in providing support services to clients.
Be versed in all the program requirements and regulatory limitations and eligibility of the support services program.
Maintain files on all support service requests processed thru this desk and coordinate with the Case Managers as necessary to assure all documents are included for audit review.
Coordinates with Case Managers for the purpose of delivering the check for services requested and assure that it confirms with established guidelines.
Will enter the vendor code, expense code, and other coding as necessary in the data system that corresponds to the category of support service requested.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
Remain flexible and adapt to changing program needs.
