The Sr Direct Sales Representative role is focused on achieving individual targets, allocating time to field training, coaching, and support to assigned Optimum Sales Professionals and to assist in their ramp to competency and progression toward reaching OSP2 level. This senior level sales professional will promote and maintain a performance-based culture, where sales professionals are inspired to deliver a superior customer experience while acting as a mentor to foster employee professional development.
