Compensation
The expected annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual's skills and experience. • Participates in dismissal procedures at the end of Aftercare, ensuring that each student leaves with the appropriate adult. (ID is REQUIRED even if they know the person picking up and must be verified with the pick-up list).
• Attends all staff meetings and recommended training programs as required.
• Supervises all activities to ensure safety at all times.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of one to five years related experience
2. High School diploma or equivalency
3. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Organized, energetic, innovative and professional.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
