Responsibilities * Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks. * Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. * Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Prepare and restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as needed. * Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless beverage service and guest satisfaction. Qualifications * A minimum of 6 months experience. * Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure. * Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. * Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages. * Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays. * Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law). * Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written). * Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours). * Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles) * Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes. * Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions. * Clear vision for reading orders and handling cash.
