Michael T. Sicoli is INAP's Chief Executive Officer. Mike joined INAP in October 2019 as President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining INAP, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of GTT Communications Inc., a publicly-traded provider of cloud networking services to multinational clients. From 2013 to 2015, he served as principal of MTS Advisors, LLC, a consulting and advisory services firm he founded. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sidera Networks, a fiber optic service provider that was merged with Lightower Fiber Networks in 2013. From 2005-2010, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of RCN Corporation. Previously, Mike held various positions at Nextel Communications, Deloitte Consulting and Accenture. Additionally, Mike recently served as a director of Lumos Networks, a fiber-based bandwidth infrastructure and service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from The University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Mark is responsible for all Sales, Marketing and Operations at TriCore. His focus is to enhance TriCore’s Customer experience by educating the market and current Customers on TriCore’s existing and new service capabilities, and continuously improving the long tradition of excellent service. In short, Mark is responsible for optimizing service delivery operations throughout TriCore. He is tasked with creating TriCore’s long term vision and strategy and ultimately, the company’s growth. Prior to joining TriCore, Mark was the SVP of Sales and Marketing at NaviSite where he was responsible for driving revenue by providing scalable, customer-centric application and managed services solutions. Mark joined NaviSite through the acquisition of Surebridge, Inc., a provider of application management services where he served as Vice President and CIO, responsible for developing and managing the Service Delivery organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University.

Mike brings extensive operating and board leadership in public and private communications, technology and infrastructure companies to his role as CEO. His focus includes strategy development and execution, driving business transformation, leading company culture and focusing on stakeholder value. Prior to Sungard AS, Mike served as CEO and Board Member of Broadview Networks Holdings, Inc., where he led the transformation of Broadview’s strategy and business model from a traditional local telecom service provider to a cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider. Mike has a proven track record of acquiring and integrating multiple companies, as he did with Broadview, as well as focusing on organic growth. Prior to Broadview, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for US LEC Corp. While at US LEC, Mike raised substantial capital to fund the company’s growth objectives. Prior to US LEC, he held senior roles at Alcatel (now Nokia), Windward International and Siecor Corporation.
