ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides support to internal staff for technology-related issues
• Manages escalation of major issues to third-party support personnel
• Performs maintenance of hardware and software on desktops and laptops
• Maintains technical proficiency on all internal employee end-user computing platforms: personal computers and laptops, Windows 10 and 11, MacOS, JAMF Pro, Microsoft Office/365, internet applications, AD (Active Directory and ideally Azure AD), accounting applications, CRM, POS (point of sale), and other customized applications
• Experience with Microsoft Intune strongly preferred
• Assists with large hardware and software installations
• Logs new calls, updates and status changes in ServiceNow Portal
• Manages and updates documentation of standard procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in day-of-game and after-hours support rotation schedules
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's degree OR experience equivalent to an A+ certification
• Minimum 4 years previous experience in an Information Technology support position
• Excellent general computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and some MacOS exposure

This position is IN-CLINIC, and treats out ofour Frisco territory, treating at 2-3 ABA centers where we partner in Frisco, Plano, and Prosper.This position is a part-time 1099 contract position to start with the opportunity to increase to a full-time caseload, depending on your availability.Rates range from $25.00 to $55.00 per session, based on years of experience in pediatrics and additional certifications.

What you would bring to MOST/DFW:
SLPA License to practice in the State of Texas
Minimum 1-year speech therapy experience
Minimum 1-year experience with pediatrics, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and/or Sensory Processing Disorder preferred
Willingness to collaborate with a dynamic team of allied health professionals
Willingness to commit to a minimum of 20 working hours per week, on a 2-day, 3-day, or 5-day schedule
BLS/CPR certification required
Willing to undergo a background check
Laptop or tablet to document via Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
What a day would entail at MOST/DFW:
Provide speech therapy services in clinic at one of our several partnering ABA locations for a variety of clients ranging from 3-12 years of age
Collaborate with co-treating therapists to innovate ideas and techniques to reach a clients goal
Implement therapy programs that enhance performance in individuals daily living and improve quality of life
Track and record client progression and mastery of goals; observe and record clients progress, attitudes, and behaviors, while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA regulation and ethical standards
Participate in reports and meetings on clients progress disciplines relating to therapy treatment and goals
Educate families to increase generalization of skills and carryover
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Attend and participate in continuing education programs to monitor proficiency, expand current knowledge and enhance professional excellence. Willingly shares knowledge and provides clinical orientation to other members of the staff

What You Will Do:
· As a compassionate member of the team, coordinates, and schedules procedures for multiple departments, selects appropriate procedure and ICD diagnosis, referral, provider, visit type and or case, insurance network coverage and location to expedite patient access to care.
· Verifies medical necessity criteria to ensure documentation is in compliance with applicable payor guidelines.
· Effectively communicates with patients, physician office scheduling, surgery scheduling, and/or other necessary staff as needed to reduce appointment time/date errors.
· Assures orders, H&P and other significant chart content are accurately identified with required indexing elements to ensure chart placement.
· Maintains schedule according to process on nursing and anesthesia staff availability, patient needs and physician's block time considering both departments needs and utilization of space, time, and resources.
· As a highly reliable organization stays up to date and complies with all applicable regulations with the operating systems, entity and system policies and procedures.
· Maintains customer service and/or productivity guidelines set forth by applicable leadership.
· Maintains daily Epic work queue and Trace inbound and scheduling worklist.
· Accurately gathers complete demographic information to ensure electronic health record integrity.
· As appropriate accurately completes estimate and assists patients in understanding financial obligations.
· Acts as a liaison between patient, physician, and insurance provider to ensure accurate and complete information to maximum reimbursement for services.
