About the role
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with investors across family offices, endowments and foundations and pension groups. What You'll Do:

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure seamless transitions from design to manufacturing and to resolve any manufacturing-related challenges.
Manage and optimize manufacturing budgets, resources, and capital expenditures to achieve production targets within cost constraints.
Implement and oversee robust safety protocols and compliance standards within the manufacturing environment.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.
Engage with external manufacturing partners and vendors as needed, ensuring strong relationships and effective collaboration.
Champion a culture of innovation and problem-solving within the manufacturing organization.
What You'll Need:
15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership within a complex, high-volume production environment, preferably in the aerospace, robotics, or automotive industries.
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience; Master's degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience scaling manufacturing operations, operationalizing new product introductions, and commercializing hardware products at a previous company.
Experience with quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
Proven ability to implement and drive lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and automation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different teams.
Experience managing budgets and financial performance within a manufacturing organization.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards relevant to manufacturing.

* 5 to 8 years of relevant experience working as a Project/Implementation manager in a SaaS-based product company / large IT Services company.
* Proven working experience in project management
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of customer implementations
* Ensure that all customer implementations are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
* Assist in the definition of implementation scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Develop a detailed implementation plan to monitor and track progress
* Manage changes to the implementation scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
* Measure implementation performance using appropriate tools and techniques
* Report and escalate to management as needed
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Perform risk management to minimize implementation risks
* Meetings with clients to provide regular updates on progress, risks, defects, and issues affecting the implementation schedule or costs.
* Track implementation performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
* Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to implementation constraints based on financial analysis

The Sr. Technical Lead is a Mid-Tier technical Operator, focusing on small general session work, or assisting with larger general sessions. This is intended to be a bridge between technical lead and technical specialist and reports to an Operations Manager, Dir, Operations or DET.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
_Equipment Operation_
- Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment as listed in the technical qualifications section.
-Troubleshoots technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
-Complies with all Company security and safety measures.
-Ensures equipment is secure from theft and/or damage when in use.
_Customer Service_
- Provides excellent service and strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.
- Maintains a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.
- Collaborates with internal team on event solutions pre-event and during event to ensure the best possible customer satisfaction.
- Understands and fosters the hotel/client relationship.
_Training/Staff Development_

_Event Supervision_
- Performs advanced work (pre/during/post event) with operations team members.
- Supervises and directs other technicians during an event.
_Equipment Maintenance_
- Assists team with proper security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Performs inventory and forecasting of equipment needs.
**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of field experience in specialty area is required.
- 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.

**Work Environment**
_Hotel_
Work is performed in a hotel/convention center environment with moderate exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and/or dust. Team members will use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components and will be exposed to heights via lifts and ladders. Team members may be asked to work in multiple hotel locations.
