Atul’s career has been marked by successfully birthing, building, scaling and turning around some of the world’s largest, best known and most impactful for-profit and non-profit enterprises and networks. His work spans several industries including, consumer banking, e-Commerce, consumer insights, health, and humanitarian relief and development, among others. Specialties: Consumer Banking, Non-Profit Management, Humanitarian Relief and Development, e-Commerce and Digital Media, CRM, Direct Marketing.

After serving the organization in a volunteer capacity, in 2001 Dawn Trapp founded and was elected the first Executive Director of what is now known as the Civitan Foundation, Inc. Since that time, Dawn has transformed Civitan from a single-service, single-location volunteer organization to a multi-faceted enterprise which offers programs and services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the state of Arizona. Dawn is a strong leader in the nonprofit world, and is an active volunteer, fundraiser, community collaborator, board member, and successful entrepreneur. She is fueled by a tireless passion and vision for Civitan and the individuals we serve, and is constantly seeking out ways to propel the organization forward.

Julie Alleman is a Chief Executive Officer at CADES and is based in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. She has worked as Senior Director of Clinical & Behavioral Services at PATHWAY SCHOOL THE, Director at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health., and Chief Operating Officer at Green Tree School. Julie attended Bryn Mawr College between 2000 and 2003, Franklin & Marshall College between 1993 and 1997, and University of Cincinnati between 2011 and 2012.
