ABOUT THE JOB
SUMMARY
The Senior Project Engineer plays a pivotal role within the ITC Engineering Team, leading the design and execution of development projects across the Automotive, Marine, and RV industries. This position combines technical expertise with project management skills to drive innovation from concept through production. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with global teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure product excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. CORE DUTIES
Manage all key deliverables, timelines and open issues for assigned projects including engineering, quality, production, and commercial aspects of the project.
Provide technical and design ownership from concept development through production launch for new product development projects, leveraging 3D development for conceptual designs.
Collaborate with Asian ITC product development team to present concepts and design refinements to establish final design direction as outlined by NPD. (New Product Development process).
Assist with local supplier quotes and AITC supplied product costs to meet project statement cost targets for new products.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to assist with customer communication and commercial questions.
Collaborate with Quality department to identify critical manufacturing and reliability parameters in establishment of validation test plans, work, audit instructions and dimensional reports that meet customer requirements.
Identify, and assist in product changes relative to ITC's markets.

The Manager, Electrical Engineering is a highly skilled engineering professional who leads and directs large-scale electrical engineering projects and releasing activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for managing processes and teams to develop detailed electrical designs throughout the new product development lifecycle. This position will also be involved in the sustaining, VAVE, and quality improvement of ISC legacy products. This position is expected to work closely with various groups to fully assure a properly designed product is released to production and maintaining the electrical design process documentation.
The duties may include but are not limited to:
Define and execute processes and procedures for electrical and system level specifications and requirements
Define and execute processes and procedures for electrical design and hardware analysis to comply with agency approvals (UL, CSA, ATEX, IEC, MSHA, etc.)
Responsible for electrical designs meeting manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability requirements
Lead innovation in electrical designs that meet or exceed performance and quality goals
Create, update, and maintain electrical design process and procedural documentation
Enforce, and mature the corporate engineering processes

The Regional Migration Principal (RMP) is one of the highest levels of expertise in all thing's migration related. You will focus on the implementation and coordination of the operational aspects of ongoing system migrations in your region, working very closely with Area Migration Leads (AML). You will
serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, regional management and the
Migration CoE. You will review status of migration planning to ensure that migrations are properly
planned, including registration with the Migration CoE, and executed following all standard policies and
processes.
Each Service Business Director (SBD) should have at least one (1) Regional Migration Principal in his
team or more depending on the migration business requirements for that SBD. The successful candidate
for each region will report directly to the SBD and Matrix report to the Pole Migration Champion.
Critical Regionals of focus are migration planning and implementation to include audit verification and
full site review to ensure that the Migration CoE deliver a migration package. The RMP will champion lower overall delivery cost while improving bandwidth
of customer facing engineers. The proper planning and execution of customer critical migrations
eliminates errors during the migration, which can lead to delayed revenue and poor customer quality
scores.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* As an RMP, you must ensure consistent global best-practices are used before, during and
after migrations.
* As an RMP you may be required to work on-site or remotely with the local Project and
Service organizations or directly with the customer throughout the migration lifecycle
particularly for critical, emergency and escalation situations.
* As an RMP you will be required to work with the Pole Migration Champion, GTAC, DE,
Product Marketing and other Global stakeholders to identify migration issues and drive issues
resolution and root cause analysis, ensuring multiple migrations in your region do not
encounter the same issue.
* As an RMP you will obtain and retain DCS OPM L5 certification, you will successfully
complete live On-Process Migrations and/or RMS and shall be recognized within Honeywell
as a Regional Migration Principal (Experion & TDC).
* As an RMP you will connect with and be mentored by the Migration CoE, who collate
lessons learned from migrations globally and share their knowledge via weekly Knowledge
Sharing Meetings, optimized documentation and updates in product training, you will be the
regional Single Point of contact (SPOC).
* As an RMP, you will drive regional Knowledge Sharing through all OPM L4/3/2/1
employees.
* As an RMP, you will assist in investigate migration Opportunities for Improvement to
improve the customer experience.
* As an RMP, you will be an active member of the Global Regional Migration Principals
Community.
* As an RMP, you may be required to be an active member of the Global Migration Advisory
Board.
