Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Success
Serve as main point of contact and trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the evolving creator marketing landscape.
Ensure that campaign objectives, content strategies, and creator partnerships align with client KPI's and overall marketing goals.
Lead Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic discussions to assess performance, provide insights, and guide long-term planning.
Account & Revenue Management
Maintain and grow client relationships by driving retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations to enhance engagement, content effectiveness, and ROI.
Identify opportunities to optimize and scale client programs through tailored solutions and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution and alignment on client needs.
Partner with creators to ensure content meets brand expectations and delivers measurable impact.
Provide structured feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to help shape platform enhancements based on client requirements.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in account management or customersuccess, working directly with marketing agencies or brands.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape & direct experience within the social media/influencer marketing space.
Experience managing both the strategic and revenue aspects of client relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage expectations and navigate complex conversations.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that requires adaptability and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for DataCamp's most strategic, top-tier B2B clients
Build proactive success plans and goals with and for the customer to help them meet and exceed data & AI transformation and upskilling goals
Collaborate closely with counterparts in sales (AEs, Learning Solution Architects, Partnership program, services) to maintain and grow product adoption and relationships

Compensation
At DataCamp, we strive for market alignment and internal equity as a key part of our compensation approach. What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a strategic account plan for each assigned client, focusing on business outcomes and measurable results.
Utilize metrics, KPIs, and data analysis to monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and contract compliance.
Collaborate closely with product support, operations, and implementation teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth onboarding and integration processes.
Set and manage clear, measurable expectations for both clients and internal teams.
Deliver daily/weekly/monthly required reports to the clients as outlined in their contractual statements of work.
Support the client in managing their sku/product catalog, as well as inbound and outbound deliveries.
Proactively monitor contract adherence to maintain compliance and client satisfaction.
Manage the implementation of new programs and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

What You've Done:
3+ years of experience in CustomerSuccess, Account Management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
You've developed and executed strategic account plans, resulting in measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
You have successfully worked across multiple teams (e.g., product, operations, sales) to guide the client journey.
You have experience in eCommerce, logistics, or fulfillment.
You are willing to travel up to 25% as needed.
Nice to Haves:
Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience in project management, having led or contributed to large client projects.
Prior experience in business development, expanding client accounts and fostering long-term partnerships.

About the Role:
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead wholesale and distributor sales for Fuego across the U.S. and international markets. This role blends strategy and execution - identifying and securing new retail and distribution partners, managing key accounts, and driving overall sales growth.
You'll play a critical role in scaling Fuego's presence in premium and specialty retail, executing sell-in strategies, and ensuring our brand is represented with excellence across all channels.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a wholesale and distributor sales strategy to expand Fuego's footprint nationally and internationally.
Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail and distributor partners that align with Fuego's brand and market positioning.
Manage all aspects of key account relationships - including forecasting, pricing, terms, and sell-through performance.
