Design, direct, and administer the PAT program in accordance with national and state guidelines. Supervise, support, and evaluate Parents as Teachers staff in compliance with Keystone Learning Services, KSDE, and PATNC requirements. Ensure implementation, monitoring, and documentation of program services, including home visits, screenings, playgroups, parent connections, and resource networking. Review and monitor individual and program data, including caseloads, screening compliance, referrals, goals, annual program reports, and performance measures. Prepare, write, and submit the annual KSDE program grant and all required end-of-year and performance reports. Oversee and implement the Parents as Teachers Quality Assurance process.
