Job Summary
As an Outside Sales Executive, Payment Technology, you'll be on the front lines helping small and mid-sized merchants modernize how they run their business through Genius , our industry-leading Point of Sale and payment platform.
You'll manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and lead generation to running demos, negotiating, and closing deals. You'll work closely with your District Manager and sales leadership for coaching and support while driving your own success in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

What You'll Do
Sell Genius and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually to demonstrate how Genius helps businesses streamline payments, improve operations, and increase customer loyalty.
Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, follow-ups, and client communications.
Upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades.
Stay current on the fintech landscape, industry trends, and product updates to position yourself as a trusted technology advisor.
What You Bring
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills-comfortable selling both face-to-face and virtually.
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive-driven to exceed targets.
Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners.
Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.
Valid driver's license and ability to spend at least 75% of your time in the field.

Summary of This Role
Maintains and validates high-risk monetary and performance related option changes that support the functions of the TS2 System and the partner/client business needs. Understands business needs, objectives and expectations pertaining to system option changes. Performs an internal audit of changes made to the system to ensure accuracy and process integrity.
What Part Will You Play?
Continues to develop a detailed understanding of the various option screens, such as but not limited to Collections, Partner/Client Validation, Customer Service, Correspondence, etc., within the proprietary consumer and commercial system (TS2) and the credit card industry through on-going training. Understands and adheres to department practices, procedures, and methodologies.
Continues to build a knowledge base of the supported modules and an understanding of the potential impacts of the requested partner/client changes to mitigate any negative impacts to the partner/client cardholders. Implements partner/client requested changes manually or with a myriad script.
Collaborates with the Partner/Client Services Analyst to build a detailed understanding of the partner/client business objectives and validate that the requested option change(s) will meet the partner/client needs. Begins to analyze and evaluate partner/client initiated changes. Verifies system changes made and ensures the outcome is accurate and keyed within the established timelines.
Maintains a working knowledge as it relates to option templates and myriad scripts.
Maintains knowledge of the company's disaster recovery/contingency plans to include a criticality awareness of the Management Information Analyst role. Understands the Web Option Maintenance System and assists in researching issues reported by the partner/client.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in payments, fintech, merchant services, or related fields.

Overview
Mastercard Open Finance Lending solutions help customers streamline lending processes and enable smarter credit decisioning. In this strategic role, you'll define where we play in the Lending ecosystem, decide what to build, and guide how we bring it to market. You'll translate customer needs and market signals into clear strategies, strong product roadmaps, and compelling narratives that drive business impact.

* Define Open Finance Lending product strategies based on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive insights.
* Continually identify areas for growth and determine prioritization.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Lead Architect, you will:
• Design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure Open Banking services that power next-generation financial experiences.

The Mastercard Financial Institution Direct Integrations (FIDI) team within Data Access is responsible for building, maintaining, and helping to operate the API connections which supply customer permissioned data to power use cases across a suite of open banking products. The product manager will have a primary responsibility for execution, planning, and delivery of these connections. The product manager will work with the PO team based in Mumbai to ensure that requirements are documented, understood, and effectively delivered using an agile development cycle. The product manager will be responsible for managing the end to end product lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve the processes, and facilitating the product objectives of the Mastercard global product team.
Role
* Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the data access integration team. Ensure alignment with Mastercard Open Banking overall objectives and market needs.
* Product Management & Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of the individual connections, application management, and overall product flows. Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Almost any product within the Mastercard Open Banking catalog will have a dependency on this role.
* Test the product value proposition, desirability, and feasibility with customers. Gather and analyze feedback to validate assumptions and refine the product.
* Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver the product roadmap. Ensure timely and efficient execution of product development stages.
* Engage with external stakeholders, including data providers and recipients, to gather feedback and ensure the solution meets market needs.
* Prioritize client requirements and reflect them in the product roadmap and development process.
