The Organization
North Los Angeles County Regional Center “NLACRC” is a private, non-profit agency that is contracted with the State of California, Department of Developmental Services, to provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. NLACRC is one of the largest regional centers in California and has proudly served the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley since 1974. We serve individuals across the lifespan from infants and toddlers, school age children, transition-age youth, to adults and aging adults.

The Position and Job Summary
Under enhanced supervision, the Associate Consumer Service Coordinator provides information, advocacy, and service coordination for individuals and their families. This part-time role requires a commitment of 16 hours per week, working 4 hours per day
over 4 days. The caseload will be shared between two student Associate Service Coordinators, ensuring manageable service delivery.
With guided coaching and supervisory oversight, contribute to the development, monitoring, and evaluation of basic program plans for individuals, making revisions as needed.
Assist in identifying and coordinating services for individuals and families, focusing on basic, non-complex cases.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including forms and reports, in compliance with regulations and NLACRC policies.
Advocate on behalf of individuals receiving services through community agencies.
Schedule and participate in interdisciplinary meetings with individuals served, their families, service providers, and advocates.
Identify barriers to service delivery and implement culturally responsive strategies that foster empathy, trust, and respect. This includes working in underserved communities and non-traditional office settings as needed.

Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a Health and Human Services-related field.

Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice President of Compliance and Civil Rights, the Deputy Administrator for Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation provides leadership and case management expertise to ensure institutional compliance with federal and state laws, as well as university policies, related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual misconduct.
The Deputy Administrator is responsible for managing intake, investigations, and resolution of complaints, as well as supporting campus education and prevention efforts. This role serves as a key resource in creating and maintaining a safe, equitable, and inclusive campus environment.
Remote Work Designation
This position offers flexibility in work location. While this university office is located in Fresno, CA, we also welcome applicants interested in working remotely. The incumbent will be required to perform all CSU-related work within the state of California. The Administrative Officer in the Fiscal Operations group of the Fleet Management division is responsible for preparing the rate model, budget for the division, and fleet maintenance budget for other City departments. This position also is responsible for reviewing and completing the vehicle replacement plan for the City. This position completes budget journals to move funding from the correct City department to the correct Fleet project account and supervises multiple staff members of the Fleet Administrative Team.

Detailed Description:
As an Owner's Advisor, the specific focus will be on assisting Clients in the full development and delivery of collaborative delivery projects, inclusive of project definition, delivery partner procurement, preconstruction implementation, delivery of design and construction, start-up and commissioning and O&M for design-build, progressive design-build, construction management/general contractor (CMGC), construction management at-risk (CMAR), and P3 projects. We provide TF-CBT and EMDR, case management, and family support to youth who are working through varying levels of trauma. We aim to support youth and their caregiver through individual and family sessions. Our program offers a safe and supportive environment where youth can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and empower them to thrive.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, family and crisis counseling to participants and facilitate groups to current and former participants; Provide clinical assessment, evaluation, service plan development, case management, crisis intervention, collateral services, and other duties as necessary
Educate service staff on mental health topics and facilitate treatment planning and case management goals
Provide information and referrals regarding other transitional program services, mental health, medication management and substance abuse to participants
Work independently and as a team member to create innovative ways to meet contract goals and provide a high level of service that is engaging and meets the needs of the participants
Complete counseling intake and psychosocial assessments of all participants
Maintain case records, records to facilitate data collection material, and other confidential material; Maintain collateral contact with outside therapy providers as needed; Collect pre and post program data on program participants regarding satisfaction and progress
Foster environments that promote reflective thinking, mistakes as lessons to guide change, and adaptions to programs and approaches; Through a relationally responsive management style, provide a strong, collaborative, and intentional day-to-day collaborative presence; support collaborative results and rest driven culture; Apply a creative problem-solving lens with the ability to be flexible and adapt to different personalities, work styles, and a growing, changing organization

Qualifications

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Direction is provided by a higher-level management personnel. Responsibilities require the direct and indirect supervision of field and office personnel.TYPICAL DUTIES
* Review the work of subordinate personnel involved in the inspection and enforcement of City codes, ordinances, and regulations.
* Direct, supervise, and participate in the implementation of the comprehensive nuisance abatement and/or environmental health programs.

Education:
Assignments involving environmental health require State certification as a Public Health Vector Control Certified Technician (Limited).

Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice Chancellor and Chief of Staff, Office of General Counsel, the Legal Secretary (Hybrid) will perform duties as outlined below:
Each legal secretary has responsibility for an office administrative specialty function - e.g., technology issues, processing Title 5 changes, library management, legislation, contracts, etc.
-Preparing legal pleadings, including formatting legal pleadings/documents using Microsoft Word Styles, subpoenas, and legal briefs in compliance with Federal, State, and local court rules, including but not limited to court calendaring and e-filing/e-service.
-Interacting statewide with court clerks, deposition, and attorney services.
-Preparing and processing all forms of communication within and outside of the California State University; this includes proofreading, formatting, and processing of documents.
-Opening and maintaining office files, both hard copy and electronic.
