Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to location root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; examining parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machine tools.

· Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.
· Works with customer counterparts to optimize maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenance procedures.
· May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.
· Conforms and complies with customer contractor codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safety processes
· Documents work performed in service reports, applicable management systems, and written explanation regarding observation and collected equipment performance data.
· Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to project teams. Performs expert functions as a part of training and development.
· Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems.
· Utilizes advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. Observes trends and makes recommendations.
· Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.
· Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:
Essential KSAs:
· High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
· Associates degree with a Technical focus and 10 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 12 years of experience in specific industry.

Associate degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
3-5+ years of experience in a technical service, field service, or maintenance role working with industrial machinery or automation equipment.
Strong working knowledge in at least two of the following:
Mechanical systems (drives, pneumatics, robotics, motion systems)
Electrical systems (wiring, panels, power distribution)
Electronic/controls systems (PLCs, sensors, HMIs, servo systems)
Proficiency using diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, test software, etc.).
Solid understanding of industrial safety standards and safe work practices.

Carolina Brewery is currently looking for a parti-time Cellar Technician. This position provides support to the Head Brewer and production team and performs daily cellar tasks while maintaining company policies and ensuring that products meet Carolina Brewery's high-quality standards. It is essential for this person to communicate regularly and effectively with the Head Brewer and Production Team to ensure all cellaring responsibilities are fulfilled safely, efficiently, effectively, and accurately. The ideal candidate will be professional and motivated. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow your career in a fun and supportive environment in the craft beer industry.
Reports to: Head Brewer
Responsibilities:
Displaying a high level of awareness at all times regarding:
Quality
Sanitation and cleanliness
Safety
Performing on fermenting vessels
Sanitizing vessels
Collecting samples (including sterile samples for inoculation, forced-fermentation samples
Dumping yeast and trub from fermenters as scheduled
Ensuring all fermenters have adequate head-pressure at all times
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience working in a brewery or similar production/manufacturing
Regularly lift up to 55 lbs
Comfortably work at heights, in cramped spaces for extended periods of time

• At least 1+2 years professional brewing experience
• Knowledge of all processes from grain to glass
• Proficiency in time management, record keeping
• Experience in product packaging (canning experience preferred)
• Working Conditions Lift 55 lbs. from the ground to shoulder
• Climb stairs, ramps, ladders Work in small and confined spaces
• Be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time

Job Description Summary:
Provides high quality, compassionate clinical care to patients

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Language - Must be able to read and write English at high school level. Must communicate effectively. Must be able to read numbers and do basic math calculations.
CMA, CNA or Endoscopy Tech
Current BLS (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
Transportation. Must have transportation and ability to travel to all DHS locations as assigned.
