Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service associate to work part-time (16-30 hours/week) in the Welcome Center at Chambers Creek. The ideal candidate will work weekends with an additional 1-2 days during the week. This role is responsible for assisting the sales function by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support, as needed.
Job duties consist of greeting visitors, informing them about the community, and answering phone and/or email inquiries. Must be outgoing, friendly, and good with people!
Responsibilities
Greet and direct guests
Inform guests of amenities, lifestyle, developer experience, and HOA
Provide golf cart tours of the community as a part of the welcome center experience
Maintain sales center appearance
Distribute marketing collateral and community information to guests
Have a comprehensive knowledge of our builders and their products to best serve our guests
Assist in maintaining HubSpot, our CRM, as well as light work in Pipsy, our lot management software
Perform related administrative duties, including answering the phone, answering questions, or directing calls to the appropriate person
Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website
Assist the Welcome Center Manager in maintaining sales & traffic reports that are provided to the development team
Assist with Realtor relations efforts
Help with community/realtor events, as needed
Help keep track of inventory, spec homes, closings, etc. in Pipsy
Requirements
Must be able to work 2-3 weekends per month and as needed.

Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club is seeking an Activity Barn Server to join the Food and Beverage Service Department.
The server position plays an essential role in providing a welcoming and memorable experience for our members at the Activity Barn. The server will provide excellent customer service, a robust understanding of the menu, and attention to detail during the members' dining experience. In this role, you'll help bring the Discovery Land Company experience to life, not only for our members but also for the team around you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members / guests and team members.
Greet all guests and members politely and promptly, proactively anticipate needs to enhance experience, demonstrate sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions.
Promptly respond to all guest/member requests.
Present extensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparations, and specials; make recommendations based upon preferences, special requests, or allergies.
Thorough understanding of all cocktails, wine, beer and beverages, ability to pair wine to menu items.
Enter all transactions accordingly into POS system (TEI), issue accurate checks, and close sales timely and according to policies and procedures.
Be attentive to any food allergies.
Prior to delivery of food, ensure all orders are complete and accurate according to individual specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times, complete daily stocking, and adhere to food safety standards.
Keep the appearance of the activity barn consistent throughout the day.
Ensure daily opening and closing responsibilities are completed accurately and consistent with the departments SOP.
Conduct inventory of all restaurant items as requested.
Report any maintenance and/or safety issues promptly to the Barn Manager.
Maintain all equipment and be sure it is properly handled and maintained.
Ensure the department complies with all government, safety, health, and security standards.

Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one (1) year of previous serving experience in a full service environment, preferably at a fast paced, high end restaurant, club, or resort.
Knowledge of local food safety standards; possesses or can obtain State Food Safety Certificate.
Possess or can obtain a TABC license.
Extraordinary attention to detail, quality and service.
Additional Requirements
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
