Key Responsibilities: Assist in all phases of asphalt paving and repair. Shovel, rake, and smooth asphalt to ensure a uniform finish Operate various tools and small equipment related to asphalt work Follow safety guidelines and wear provided protective equipment Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on time Maintain a clean and organized job site Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications: Experience in asphalt or a similar field is preferred, but we will train the right candidate Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and working in hot conditions Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team-oriented environment Valid driver's license is required Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Benefits: 401(k) Retirement Savings Program (with employer matching) Weekly Pay Cycle Overtime Potential End-of-Year Performance Bonus Safety Equipment Provided (helmets, gloves, etc.) Company Events (BBQs and holiday parties) Uniform Provision (including safety gear and work apparel) Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Overtime opportunities available Work Location: Based on project sites across residential and commercial locations.
