Akshay is obsessed with building impactful products. He's a built a career doing so as a Product Manager at Facebook, Microsoft, and now founding Trainiac. Working out regularly and building healthy habits changed his life, and he won't stop until everyone has access to do the same. Akshay grew up in Toronto, Canada and is still eagerly awaiting on the Raptors to win a ring.

As COO, Frank is responsible for day-to-day operations, including service delivery, system and product integration, technology development, HR and finance. Prior to his current position, he was involved in few start-ups and was the founder of Wireless Info Tech, a mobile device outsourcing company that was successfully acquired by Vanceinfo (NYSE:VIT). Before that, he served as a senior executive in ZTE San Diego, growing the division to more than $100M in four years. Frank has more than 20 years of experience in communications industry, including microwave, cable TV, satellite, wireless LAN and mobile phones. He started his career as an RF engineer. Frank holds a Master's of Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
