McDonough has driven global success across numerous consumer industries, serving in senior leadership roles at Diageo, Procter & Gamble, Gillette, Duracell, Black & Decker and Braun. In his most recent corporate role, he served as Diageo North America President, Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer. His professional experience spans seven industries, leading teams on three continents and includes time as a faculty member at University of Canterbury’s Graduate School of Business (New Zealand). He has also served in advisory roles such as the Board of Directors at the AdCouncil of America and Effies Worldwide. McDonough is an alumnus of Cornell University, and has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Kimberly Harrison is a Chief Development Officer at Trait Biosciences Inc. She has worked as Chief Executive Officer at Trait Biosciences Inc.

Rebecca joins Trait Biosciences following over a decade of experience within bioscience based industries, successfully pioneering efforts to commercialize algae as an agricultural crop. As a scientist with a strong business and communications background, her experience in both commercialization of novel plant-based products and technology transfer from lab to field make her uniquely suited to lead Trait’s operations team. Rebecca has a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Texas A&M University, and received her Honors B.Sc. degree from the University of North Texas.

• Mr. Eugene Hodgson has held a number of senior positions in both the public sector, for the NWT and BC Governments and private industry, at International Jetfoil Ltd., First Fund Capital, Intrawest, Sea Breeze Power, Timmins Gold Corp., and Corpfinance International Limited as a Financial and Public Policy/Government/Corporate Affairs Advisor, CFO,Director and Investment Banker.• Mr. Hodgson was Vice President, Western Region, Corpfinance International Limited from December 2005 until December 2017. CFI is a boutique merchant banking firm based in Toronto Ont., specializing in Green Power,P3 Projects, Automotive, Equipment, Infrastructure Debt and Equity Financings.• He has served on the Board of Directors of various corporations including Grandfield Pacific Corporation, First Class Systems Inc., Arimex Resources Inc., Equitable Real Estate Investment Corp.,Amwest Properties Inc.,Sea Breeze Power Corp.,Alda Pharmaceuticals Corp, Silvermex Resources Inc.,Timmins Gold Corp.(TSX & NYSE),Pacific Cascade Minerals Inc. and as Chair of the Board of Governors of Vancouver Community College.• Eugene has volunteered on various business and community associations including the Vancouver Board of Trade as a Director and Chair of the Communications Committee, PACE, the National Tourism Advisory Board, CANWEA Public Affairs Cmte.,IPPBC Advisory Board and Chair of the IPPBC Governance Review Cmte., CEABC Marketing Cmte. and the Gitzugluka First Nations Economic Development Board.• Eugene has coached for both the RBL Basketball League and the Dunbar Little League, was a Cub/Scout leader, past Area Commissioner of the PSA Region for Scouts Canada, Chair of both the Kitchener Elementary Schools Parent Advisory Council and its School Planning Council. He also co-founded Families For School Seismic Safety (FSSS) which successfully lobbied for over $2 billion in funding for BC school seismic upgrades. He is a recipient of the Queen’s Silver Jubilee Medal.
