Following its merger with Tidewater Inc. (NYSE:TDW) in March 1996, he accepted a position as Marketing Director—Gulf of Mexico with Tidewater, where his responsibilities included managing relationships and overall business development in the United States Gulf of Mexico region.
HOSS was merged into Tidewater in 1996, however, Larry wisely retained the rights to the company name and logo to pass on to the next generation.
