This role focuses on post-sales activities, including, but not limited to, adoption, value realization, and renewals. Customer Relationship Management
* Own and nurture customer relationships post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success

We are looking for a senior technical, hands-on specialist to handle the coordination of testing and release process for the Fixed Income pricing and risk modelling libraries and reference data. This is a challenging and high-profile role which spans the end-to-end software development cycle (SDLC) - including managing source code branches, preparing and delivering release candidate builds into testing, and working with QA, IT, trading desk strategists, and production support teams through the test cycle to sign-off, integration into consumer applications, and release. Located in New York, this role is a critical point of contact for desk strategists, technology and QA colleagues in that timezone, maintains continuity of SDLC activities in Follow the Sun model in a global release management team with colleagues in India and London.

The Wealth Management VEA Program is designed to give you firsthand experience working with the top Financial Advisors (FAs) in the industry at a leading global financial institution. You may progress through several key areas of business development such as digital marketing/communication, and financial planning. The goal of the program is to give you a strong foundation in the systems/tools, business areas, and skills that are necessary for an enduring and promising career at the Firm.
The length of the program enables you to earn your licenses, gain additional professional designations, network, and capture valuable experience working with different FAs to understand how they run their practice. The Experience You Could Gain:
The Morgan Stanley Wealth Management VEA Program consists of rigorous licensing followed by training and assessments designed to ensure you are fully prepared to be successful in the program. Experiences you may have:
Set up and execute digital marketing strategies for FAs across multiple social media platforms and their website
Curate marketing campaigns targeting segments of an FAs business to drive engagement
Identify opportunities analyzing client relationships and providing tactical recommendations to help FAs better support their clients
Leverage the Firm's proprietary financial planning resources while partnering with experienced FAs to support their clients and the adoption of Goals Based Wealth Management strategies
Work with clients and gather information to build, analyze, and present plans in a thoughtful and effective manner

Salary range for the position: $65,000 - 85,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.

Pay Scale Information :

Business Operations is leading the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) transformation at Mastercard through our tooling and by being an advocate for change & standards throughout the development, quality, release, and product organizations. We need team members with an appetite for change and pushing the boundaries of what can be done with automation. Experience in working across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and to build relationships is a must.
Responsibilities
* Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services-from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.
* Analyze ITSM activities of the platform and provide feedback loop to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns
* Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, capacity planning and launch reviews.
* Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
* Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
* Support the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environments through validation and operational gating, and lead Mastercard in DevOps automation and best practices.
* Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
* Take a holistic approach to problem solving, by connecting the dots during a production event thru the various technology stack that makes up the platform, to optimize mean time to recover
* Work with a global team spread across tech hubs in multiple geographies and time zones

All About You
* BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, software design and OLAP systems.
* Hands on experience with understanding custom objects using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and API integrations.
* Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
* Ability to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
* We support many different stakeholders. Experience in dealing with difficult situations and making decisions with a sense of urgency is needed.
* Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, Ruby, MDX.
* Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.

Dynamics of the Role
The Director, Solution Consulting will lead TransUnion's efforts to drive adoption of the Credit Risk Solutions suite primarily focused on growth products as defined by credit risk solutions executive leadership. You will support the vertical sales teams within FS, Insurance, Government and Diversified Markets, creating relationships and calling on customers nationwide. You will plan, control, direct and execute the sales objectives of CRS solution suite, initially focused on Credit and Alternative Data suite to attain maximum sales revenue consistent with the Company's objectives. You will lead and grow a team of consultants as well as serve as a consulting SME, recommending and managing the delivery of CRS solutions.

How You'll Contribute:
* You will manage and grow a team of Solution Consultants to support sales opportunities and maintain a large pipeline

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
