About the Bilingual Mental Health Coach - French/English (Part-Time W2) at Headspace: As a Bilingual Mental Health Coach with Headspace, you play an instrumental role in making our mission a reality! Bilingual Coaches have regular touchpoints w/ their members to assist them in constructing attainable goals, offer support and encouragement, track successes and setbacks, and provide resources, tips and strategies to facilitate on-going progress in both French and English. Coaches are an integral part of each member's multidisciplinary care team. They use previous clinical and/or coaching experience, good judgment, and our guidelines to discern when to refer members to a higher level of care, such as Therapy and/or Psychiatry, or other internal or external resources. About the Role - This role focuses on evaluating English language content, assessing linguistic accuracy, clarity, and quality across texts, translations, and communications in a fully remote environment. - You will collaborate closely with the team to analyze language usage, verify grammar and style, provide linguistic feedback, and help keep evaluation processes organized, content precise, and language workflows efficient. Key Responsibilities - Assist with English linguistic evaluation-focused project tasks such as language accuracy checks, grammar and style assessment, terminology verification, quality scoring, data entry and maintenance, online research, basic analysis, operations support, AI-output review, documentation, and coordination. - Review, organise, and update linguistic evaluation files and related information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Communicate clearly with team members through written and verbal channels and provide timely updates on task status and progress. Skills & Qualifications - Strong command of written English and clear, professional communication skills. - Comfort using digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, linguistic platforms, project management or online productivity tools. - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and work independently in a remote environment. - Interest in linguistic evaluation, language quality assurance, English proficiency assessment, or data-related work is helpful but not required; training and onboarding will be provided.
