The Travel Specialist is an internal role responsible for researching, booking, coordinating, and servicingtravel arrangements for All Star's healthcare providers traveling to assignments across the United States. This role partners closely with sales consultants, providers, finance, and external vendors to deliver timely, accurate, and cost-effective travel solutions while adhering to client-specific budgets and internal approval requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage provider travel, including airfare, lodging, and ground transportation
Monitor itineraries, resolve disruptions, and support urgent travel needs
Maintain accurate travel records and documentation
Manage multiple bookings while meeting deadlines and service expectations
Participate in rotating after-hours support, as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

2 years of IR Tech experience with references
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
Graduate from AMA approved accredited Radiologic Technologist programs
