The Principal Product Manager is experienced and analytically minded and will lead the strategy and development of D/Cipher+ reporting, measurement, and optimization intelligence systems. This role will define how performance data is structured, visualized, and activated across the media lifecycle transforming how internal teams and clients interpret campaign impact and identify optimization opportunities.
This cross-functional leadership role will bridge data engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams to evolve our reporting infrastructure into a dynamic, insight-generating platform. The role is responsible for designing products that simplify complex datasets, automate insight surfacing, and deliver measurable value through predictive reporting and optimization tools.
The work will directly power the next generation of D/Cipher Plus measurement experiences - unifying campaign dashboards, attribution systems, and feedback loops that inform both current and future.
This position offers remote work flexibility; however, if you reside within a commutable distance to one of our main offices in New York, Des Moines, Birmingham, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Seattle, the expectation is to work from the office three times per week.

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Proven experience building and launching data visualization, analytics, or reporting platforms.

The Area Operations Specialist position is responsible for operations and for delivering programs and services at multiple USO centers and/or field program delivery sites within an assigned geographic area; assisting in evaluating current programs, activities and events, and suggesting program improvements or new programs. Pay Range
Salary: New York: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00

Duties Description 1. Direct, supervise and oversee the Forestry program for Region 2. Directly supervise Forestry staff consisting of Forester 2's and Forestry Technicians, establish Regional workplans for the program and subordinate staff, evaluate and hire staff as needed. Make appropriate use of fiscal and physical resources in accomplishing Regional objectives of the Division of Lands & Forests.
2. Develop and collaborate with other Regional program units in order to achieve overall Regional objectives, including those of state land management. Implement forestry health measures on Regional state lands, securing resources as needed. Maintain communication with units to appropriately respond to Regional needs; serve as a member of the Region's Land Management Team.
3. Routinely communicate and collaborate with local, other New York State, and Federal agencies, as well as local non-profit and other constituent groups on issues including urban forestry and forest health.
4. Prepare correspondence for Regional supervisors, Regional Director/Division Director, and Commissioner; represent forestry programs and present program perspectives in managerial and executive meetings, and advisory committee and planning board meetings of local governments. Manage the State Land and capital construction budgets and associated allocation of resources.
5. Manage the Region's Urban Forestry program, including grant management, participation in, and management of, local and statewide conferences, and trainings of local forestry practitioners.
6. Guide the Regional Forestry land acquisition program. Collaborate with Regional and Real Property staff on Region 2 land acquisition. Reach out to land owners, prepare acquisition-related documents, and collaborate with Regional staff and local groups involved in New York City land acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum qualifications for provisional appointment:
Promotional: One year of permanent experience as a Forester 2 or three years of permanent experience as a Forester 1.
Open Competitive: A bachelor's or higher degree in ecological forest management, forest biology, forest ecosystem science, forest health, forest resource management, forestry, natural resources planning, natural resources management, natural resources conservation, or urban forestry AND four years of professional-level forestry experience. One year of experience must include supervision. A Master's Degree can be substituted for one year of non-supervisory specialized experience.
Reassignment: Currently in the title and an employee of DEC or
Reinstatement Eligible: Previously held the title on a permanent competitive basis or held a title as indicated under the transfer eligible section on a permanent competitive basis.

POSITION SUMMARY
Epsilon is seeking part or full-time Senior Scientists/Project Managers to support our growing ecological sciences practice in New York. The Senior Scientist will plan for and coordinate efficient environmental and regulatory review and permitting of projects, including Articles 15 and 24, 94c, NYSDPS Article VII and X, as well as other applications to federal, state, and local agencies. Duties Description The Forestry Technician 2 serves as the primary field position for the Colonel William F. Minimum Qualifications This title is part of the New York Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement Statewide Program (NY HELPS).

Job Overview:
The Inventory Controls Manager is responsible for managing all inventory in the FRC of which 79% are perishable items. This includes but is not limited to; all food that is stored in the FRC and products held for third party organizations utilizing space in the FRC. They will lead regular inventory checks and counts as well as be responsible for related KPI tracking for cost efficiency and loss prevention. They will own the process of reconciling virtual and physical inventory and will be an integral part of managing multiple City Harvest systems. The Inventory Controls Manager will be responsible for maintaining the lowest possible amount of waste within the FRC. Position will provide leadership in cross-functional inventory governance, working with key internal functional areas including Warehouse, Supply Chain, Volunteer Services, Business Intelligence, Programs, transportation and logistics and finance team to understand and monitor the full lifecycle of our food through the warehouse and will support identifying and implementing areas for improvement.

Physical Inventory and Quality Assurance:
Analyze transaction activity in collaboration with warehouse leadership and mitigate bottlenecks.

Conduct daily warehouse inspections and walk-around with the specific goal of overseeing expiration dates, food safety (cold chain and temperature zones) and quality monitoring.
