Hi! I'm Jonathan. I lead organizational growth and change. My passion is taming chaos and building happy, successful teams with excellent systems and fantastic management.

Why me?

I'm an engineer in my bones and a servant-leader at heart. I've worked with organizations of all sizes, industries, and types, from private sector to non-profit volunteer groups, and have had the opportunity to see people, processes, and technology work exceptionally well and abysmally poor.

It's the intersection of these traits and experiences that creates a unique value proposition: A technically- and emotionally-minded leader, with exposure to many problems and many solutions, who believes that when we clearly define our mission, objectives, roles, processes, and when we genuinely care for our people, we will cultivate a happy and successful team.

Recently in my career I am most proud of:

- Revolutionizing Google’s global network deployment program

- Directly managing the deployment of more than half of Google’s global WAN network capacity

- Defining and building NTXB's Safety organization with six departments, 347 volunteers, and amazing leaders
