What You Will Do:
* Individualized Care: Provide personalized support to residents, developing and implementing care plans tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
* Daily Living Assistance: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and other essential tasks, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
* Behavioral Support: Implement behavioral support plans in collaboration with the team, utilizing positive reinforcement and effective communication techniques to manage challenging behaviors and promote a calm and supportive living environment.
* Community Integration: Facilitate community engagement and integration for residents by organizing and participating in recreational activities, outings, and social events, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, therapists, and support staff, to ensure a holistic and person-centered approach to care. Communicate effectively to share insights, observations, and updates on residents' progress and challenges, contributing to a comprehensive and collaborative care environment.

Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression)
Obtain appropriate clinical documentation through extensive interaction with providers and coding staff to ensure documentation reflects level of service rendered to patients is complete and accurate.
Validate the accurate assignment of working HCC diagnosis affecting RAF scores within the ambulatory patient population by collaborating with physicians & advanced practice providers.
Conduct thorough prospective & sometimes retrospective quality reviews of ambulatory patient records, documenting all relevant findings & tracking key information through the process.
Identify areas where documentation requires clarification & engagement with physicians, advanced practice providers & other healthcare professionals to effectively resolve discrepancies.
Ensures medical record documentation is accurate, complete, & compliant, supporting acute or chronic conditions & medical necessity.
Applies through understanding of payment structures, outpatient reimbursement models, & the impact of provider documentation & HCC risk adjustment, ensuring compliance with reporting standards for claims submission.
Identifies patterns & trends impacting documentation & coding & acts as a technical resource related to documentation, coding & billing regulations for assigned service area.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in Business, healthcare, Nursing or related field, or equivalent combination of education & experience
Experience with compliant healthcare documentation, HCC coding requirements, alternate payment models in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system, revenue cycle or consulting experience.
Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), Certified Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist - Outpatient (CCDS-O), Certified Documentation Expert Outpatient (CDEO), or Certified Documentation Integrity Practitioner (CDIP) credential with coding or clinical documentation integrity experience.
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
Bachelor's degree in nursing, HIM or related healthcare field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with end-users and business teams, to understand and identify pain points, and translate them into technical or process improvements.
Design and deliver scalable IT training programs that support system adoption and improve operational efficiency.
Develop user-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles, process guides, and training videos to drive self-service and knowledge retention.
Monitor service desk trends, system performance data, and usage analytics to identify recurring issues and areas for optimization.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Provide application support for athena One and integrated revenue cycle systems.

Support end users during go‑live events and post‑implementation stabilization.
Create and update training materials, policies, workflows, and standard work documentation.
Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to vendors and/or internal teams as appropriate.
Evaluate clerical and clinical workflows to ensure accurate system design.
Review workflows, data collection, reporting logic, and system behavior.
Complete ad‑hoc and routine scheduled updates to provider, location, fee schedules, and other system master files.
Create and maintain documentation for training, policies, procedures, workflows, and internal communications.
Administer application access, identity, and security, including insurance website access.
Create, test, and maintain charge pass rules supporting automated charge capture.
Troubleshoot rule behavior and system output to identify root causes and resolution paths.
Collaborate with vendor resources to resolve complex configuration and performance issues.

Position Summary
This is a Temporary Position. The Surgical Technologist Extern is a member of the surgical team who assumes the responsibility for a surgical specialty, serving as the main resource person for instrumentation, equipment, supplies, and procedures within the assigned specialty. He/she functions under the direction of the RN, assisting with the intraoperative care of patients by performing in the scrub role during surgical procedures. Additional duties may also include, but are not limited to, picking supplies/instruments for cases, putting away supplies and equipment, decontamination of instruments, and stocking supplies in OR rooms.

Welcome New Clients: Assist with the intake process by orienting new arrivals to program rules, helping them settle into their rooms, and conducting an inventory of their belongings.
Provide Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, recreational outings, and other necessary community events.
Team Coverage: Act as a backup for Residential Recovery staff to ensure every individual entering treatment feels welcomed and supported.
Safety & Communication
Monitor Facility Safety: Maintain a secure environment by monitoring surveillance equipment, answering calls, and reporting any facility issues immediately.
Document & Report: Keep accurate records of safety checks, shift logs, and incident reports. You'll also ensure a smooth "hand-off" during shift changes by providing thorough updates and client counts to the incoming team.
Maintain Professionalism: Uphold Chestnut's standards for excellent customer service and strictly protect the confidentiality of all client and organizational information.
Adapt as Needed: Handle other duties as they arise or as coordinated with your supervisor to keep the program running smoothly.
Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and a demonstrated interest in social services
• High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) years of experience in mental health, substance use, or other social services OR
• Bachelor's degree OR
• A combination of college coursework and experience totaling five (5) years OR
• Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification (required for Specialist title)
• Ability to obtain Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) certification within two (2) years of hire
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and accept supervision
• Experience in peer recovery, mental health, substance use, or social services preferred
• Valid driver's license, private automobile insurance, and insurability
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, email, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Summary
The Client Support Coordinator II provides clerical and administrative support for a single TRIMEDX customer. The Client Support Specialist organizes and develops information and materials necessary for meetings, special projects, and reports and also acts as a liaison between Manager and Divisional Business Manager. This position acts as a resource and provides support for the Manager. This position also provides database support, and professionally represents TRIMEDX in all interactions by demonstrating a commitment to the TRIMEDX vision, mission, and core values.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support (40%)
Provide clerical and administrative support for staff
Organize and develop information/materials necessary for meetings, special projects, presentations, and reports
Interact with and provide support to all departmental infrastructure, including human resources, payroll, benefits, service operations, finance, and information technology
Manage travel arrangements and expenses, as needed.
Place orders for Indirect items in Workday as outlined by TRIMEDX Supply Chain
Perform additional support tasks: coordinate meetings (including QVRs and team meetings), prepare documents, take notes/minutes, send reminders/responses, maintain files and records.
Maintain all Technician training certifications.
Maintain documents: WAFs, EOC Reports, QVR documents and minutes, and other documents as needed (Org chart/pictures)
Schedule meetings as requested.
Provide regional support for company sponsored events.
Data Support (40%)
Establish and maintain record keeping systems and processes
Compile data for routine and special reports, utilizing Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint to prepare spreadsheets charts and graphs, Utilize and work with various database software programs.
Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports from RSQ for Managers and Director.
Act as a data resource and assist other departments, Managers and Director as needed.
Maintain RSQ data, including approving/updating primary and secondary PM Tech, reassigning workorders, updating Warranty Information (including start/end dates), updating ROTA, and additional items, as directed by Managers and Director.
Project Management (20%)
Participate in obtaining information for various projects by contacting subject matter experts and resources at TRIMEDX and the hospital as required.
Monitors compliance to various Divisional and TRIMEDX projects and tasks
Coordinates and consolidates data collection and information requests, from Region(s) or System(s)
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years office experience providing clerical and administrative support is preferred
Experience in data management preferred
Must be organized and able to communicate effectively (written or orally)
Must be task oriented and able to complete assigned tasked on time
Must be able to multi-task in support of the TRIMEDX program for a single customer
Education and Qualifications
High school or equivalent degree required; associates degree preferred
