Lipps is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Omnicell, Inc., a provider of systems and software solutions to increase patient safety and operational efficiency in health care facilities. He is also the director at large of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Foundation's Board of Directors and is a member of the Board of Directors for Radisphere, a radiology provider.

Additionally, he is the Chairman of the Texas Israel Science and Education Foundation. Mr. Horowitz earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Seidman School of Business at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. He was also awarded a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.

Jeff Owens is President at Advanced Technology Services. He started at ATS in 1988 as a sales representative and was soon promoted to Account Manager in Detroit. He continued his career in multiple positions such as Regional Manager, General Manager of Industrial Parts Services, and VP of Operations before becoming President and CEO of the company in 2004. He is a member of the Young Presidents Association, a member of the Illinois Business Round Table. and a graduate of Bell Leadership Roundtable Program. Owens graduated from Westminster College (MO) in 1987 with a degree in business administration.
