SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Employment Support Professional supports individuals at their job to learn work tasks, find solutions to barriers, teach soft skills related to work, etc. The job coach reports to the Supported Employment Program Manager.
Essential Functions (Job Duties)
1. Coach, mentor and support individuals at their jobs. Learn the individuals job tasks and responsibilities so you can train them to complete tasks correctly, efficiently and timely.
2. Assist individual in all aspects of their work including but not limited to: Learning and adapting to new work environment, fostering natural supports, proper communication with supervisor and co-workers, learning and understanding work rules and policies, etc.
3. Model appropriate work behaviors.
4. Identify barriers and find creative solutions to help the individual succeed at the job.
5. Work with individuals at their job sites to help them overcome obstacles to maintain employment successfully.
6. Talk to individual's employer on a regular basis to ensure no issues at work. If/when issues are communicated or identified, work with the person and supervisor to develop strategies for overcoming barriers.
7. Maintain contact with person's plan writer (Employment Specialist or Job Developer) to keep them apprised of person's progress or any concerns that might affect the person's success at work.
8. Perform formal and informal assessments to learn about the person, their learning style, challenges and strengths.
9. Complete appropriate service documentation for every service provided in a timely manner.
10. Review person's employment plan and work on goals identified in plan.
11. Complete all forms required for billing purposes; and any other forms required by the agency or supervisor.
12. Complete any documentation corrections as needed in a timely manner.
13. Protect individual's confidentiality.
14. Participate in at least 24 hours of Innovations trainings within the first year of employment, and at least 6 hours annually thereafter.
15. Participate in all required and recommended agency trainings.
16. Professionally represent Citizen Advocates (Career Visions) with families, employers, other organizations and the community as a whole.
17. Adhere to all policies and regulations set forth by Citizen Advocates, Inc.

What You'll Do:
As a Cashier, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see - helping set the tone for a positive, welcoming experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Greeting guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Providing excellent customer service and answering guest questions
Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
Processing payments, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
Supporting smooth operations in a fast-paced event environment
What We're Looking For:
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling cash

About the Nurse Aide Trainee Program:
The program runs three weeks, Monday through Friday, generally 7:00am-3:00pm (hours may vary)
Weeks 1 & 2: Classroom instruction
Week 3: Clinical hands-on training alongside licensed clinicians
Upon successful completion, you'll be certified as a CNA - your pay and status will be upgraded accordingly

Responsibilities
CNA Training Track Responsibilities:
Assist with resident transport to dining, activities, therapy, and treatment areas
Make unoccupied beds and keep resident rooms tidy
Help with dining services: passing trays, opening containers, and distributing supplemental nourishment
Support informal activities on the nursing unit when time permits
Provide fresh water to residents as directed
Clean resident equipment and maintain neat common areas
Observe and report any unusual incidents or resident needs to therapists or nurses
Qualifications
CNA Training Track Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Employment Certificate/Permit required for ages 16-17
No history of resident abuse, mistreatment, or property misappropriation
Genuine interest in caregiving and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
