We are responsible for developing new, cutting‑edge AI and data products that leverage Airbnb's massive datasets across Users, Listings, Pricing, and Supply/Demand. You will be a crucial part of the Guest and Host organization, building the intelligence that powers the web and native apps used by hundreds of millions of guests and hosts globally. The Difference You Will Make: Define and execute strategy to dramatically improve the intelligence of the Guest and Host apps through machine learning and data products. Set priorities, balance speed and quality, and ensure the engineering team executes against an ambitious roadmap. Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high‑impact ML initiatives from concept to production. Lead and mentor a diverse team of ~10+ engineers and technical leads across Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Software Engineering.
