The Facilities Mail & Imaging Services (FMIS) unit's primary responsibility is to maintain CalSTRS' corporate and member imaging services, as well as providing mail services organization wide. Corporate Imaging provides imaging services for units that do not directly interact with member accounts and START (CalSTRS pension administration system). Member Imaging provides imaging services for CalSTRS' units who interact directly with members and process member account transactions. Mail Services provides various incoming and outgoing mail services enterprise wide.
