This role focuses on labor and employment and medical malpractice defense litigation, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and professional negligence matters. Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Maintain and organize case files, medical records, and litigation documents.
Discovery & Drafting: Prepare and manage discovery responses, draft pleadings, motions, and related filings.
Trial & Hearing Support: Assist with deposition scheduling, trial preparation, and exhibit organization.
Medical Record Review: Summarize and create chronologies for complex medical records.

Minimum Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in case management systems, eDiscovery, e-filing, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Conduct due diligence activities such as reviewing title commitments, zoning reports, surveys, and leases.
Maintain accurate records and monitor critical dates throughout the transaction process.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate law within a mid-size or large law firm.
Strong understanding of state and county real estate laws, title insurance, and closing practices.
Proficiency with industry-standard software (SoftPro experience preferred).
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Education
Undergraduate degree or equivalent paralegal training and experience.
