Prepare closing statements and work closely with lenders, buyers, sellers, and agents to keep all parties informed. Resolve title, lien, and survey issues to ensure timely closings. Draft and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, bills of sale, affidavits, and loan documents. Conduct due diligence activities such as reviewing title commitments, zoning reports, surveys, and leases. Maintain accurate records and monitor critical dates throughout the transaction process. What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate law within a mid-size or large law firm. Strong understanding of state and county real estate laws, title insurance, and closing practices. Proficiency with industry-standard software (SoftPro experience preferred). Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Education Undergraduate degree or equivalent paralegal training and experience.
