This is a direct‑hire opportunity for a professional with at least 3+ years of litigation support experience, including substantial federal court and litigation defense exposure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of both federal and state procedures, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to communicate effectively with attorneys and clients in a fast‑paced environment. Essential Job Duties: Provide comprehensive case management support to attorneys. Prepare and format a wide range of legal documents (pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda).
