Under limited supervision of the Security Sergeant or Captain, the SecurityOfficer provides security and protection of work site(s), personnel, and assets from events such as trespassing, assault, theft, vandalism, harassment, and other disruptive incidents at Chevron Phillips Chemical Port Arthur Plant. Comply with DUS and client safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 18 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Immediately respond to all emergency situations in order to resolve any incident which could potentially harm personnel, residents and/or visitors. Call for outside assistance as needed.
Monitor parking practices of employees and visitors to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Escort visitors, residents, and personnel to vehicles as requested.
Deliver packages to residents' apartments.
Provide assistance to individuals having vehicular problems (e.g. frozen door locks, dead batteries, flat tires, etc.) as needed.
