Pros of working at UnifiedCommunications.com

The marketing team itself wanted to do good work and be successful. Unfortunately, they were beaten down by executive micro-management, ever-changing priorities and unclear direction.

Cons of working at UnifiedCommunications.com

Exec leadership seems to think Marketing is like recess, and that the entire team exists to respond to momentary whims. It is impossible to establish a clear direction or execute a plan because the winds of change blow so frequently and are so disruptive. Impossible to make any progress or effect positive change.
