Mr. Edwards has served as a director of the Company since 2009. Mr. Edwards has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November 2003. Previously, Mr. Edwards was the president of Puritan Medical Products, a division of Airgas Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Edwards held management positions with Fisher Scientific International, Inc, Cargill, Inc, Agribrands International and the Ralston Purina Company. L. Kenneth Cordell, Jr. has been our President and Chief Executive Officer since 2013. He previously was Chief Executive Officer of United Agri Products, Inc. from 2003 to 2008 and was President, Chief Executive Officer and director of UAP Holding Corp. from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Cordell worked for the FMC Agricultural Products Group division of FMC Corporation, from 1992 to 2001, serving most recently as Director of the North American Agricultural Products Group. He held various positions in the agricultural divisions of Rohm & Haas Company from 1979 to 1989 and BASF Corporation from 1989 to 1992.
