Good entry-level experience
Poor middle management that expects everyone to magically improve their performance without addressing the problems they currently face. Bad tools all around which create bad output from employees
Gain sharing bonuses were nice when you got them
Not much. Some middle managers are nice people but bite off more than they can chew
Stop promoting people to management positions just to restructure administration every 6 months and eliminate those positions
