UNITED PRESBYTERIAN & REFORMED ADULT company history timeline

1994

Major changes took place in 1994, first the sale of UPR to Winthrop University Hospital and second, the board’s reorganization and incorporation as United Presbyterian & Reformed Adult Ministries (UPRAM), so it could continue to independently operate Flushing House and United Lifeline.

2000

A third service line was launched in 2000, United Home Services.

Also in 2000, UPRAM simplified its name to United Adult Ministries and also developed a new corporate logo, making it easy to remember and appealing to a broader audience.

2008

2016

Ministers and Congregations of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Scotland, 1688-2016 (Dickson)

The Confession of Belhar, a confession growing out of apartheid-era South Africa, was added the The Book of Confessions at the 222nd General Assembly (2016) in Portland, Oregon.
