The incentive is based on both production and quality metrics, with guaranteed incentive pay being based on achieving up to the 45th percentile of production during the period of record; should the provider exceed this level of production, they will receive the higher productivity earned incentive instead. Clinical Instructors hold annual appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30) and may be reappointed to subsequent annual terms.
